“I have always had a strong passion for adult social care and supporting people to live independently with dignity and respect. I chose to work in care because I genuinely enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives, no matter how small that difference may seem. For me, care is not just a job, it’s about building trust, relationships, and being there for people when they need support the most. I started my journey with S2O Care Services Ltd as a Care Assistant, where I saw first-hand the difference that compassionate, high-quality care can make to people’s lives. Now, as a Care Manager, I feel proud to support both our service users and care teams, ensuring dignity, respect, and person-centred values remain at the heart of everything we do. My aspiration is to help S2O grow into a trusted, leading provider that not only delivers outstanding care, but truly changes lives and supports people to live with independence, confidence, and dignity.”
